Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled using USPS and Printful, our print-on-demand partner.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and items in your order.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before shipment.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping times vary based on USPS and Printful’s fulfillment schedules.
- Expedited Shipping: We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. If your order includes Printful products, you may receive separate tracking emails for different items.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 30 days of the shipping date.
To request a refund or replacement for a damaged item, please:
- Email orders@winjax.shop within 30 days of shipment.
- Include photos of the damage and your order number in your email.
Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed or a replacement will be sent within five business days. You do not need to return the damaged item.
